Randy has been a life-long Memphian except for his college years spent in Alabama. Trough his search for God's purpose he has acquired a wide variety of skill sets which include pharmacology, nuclear medicine, Pastoring Students and Families, Public, private high school and college instruction. He enjoys coaching baseball, basketball, and football, and mentoring hundreds of teens over his 22 years in ministry. Randy has adopted the motto of "no matter what, I love you." If a student and family can wrap their minds around that simple statement they will find that they have found a rock upon which they can stand upon with Randy to solve a multitude of problems facing many families in the Memphis-Metro area.

Randy is married and has 3 children, John age 25, and twins Nathan and Zach age 17. John was adopted at the age of 9 trough a therapeutic foster home and adoption agency. John provided Randy with a unique insight into children with ADHD and other behavioral problems. Randy has been "where you are" if this is one of the areas you feel your family may struggle. The family lives in Arlington with 3 dogs and all the trials and tribulations that go along with a large family unit.

Randy considers his success rate with clients 100%. In some way, great or small, he has been able to impact each and every child that sought his counsel. Some of the time the outcome is short-lived and many times he is able to build with students and christ is eternal. May grace and peace infiltrate your soul as you begin your journey to "normalcy" in your household!
